ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We develop the architectural design according to the needs and preferences of the client, aspiring to create innovative atmospheres, always maintaining a creative, environmentally-friendly and dynamic approach when it comes to the design process. For this we work with the latest available technologies (BIM, 3D, etc.) All this, combined in a single model and together with Project Management, we manage to minimize costs, errors and construction time.
REPORTS AND CERTIFICATES
We prepare reports on the conditions of buildings, analyzing their legal situation and their construction. These reports detail the pathologies detected, the repair proposals, as well as an estimate of costs for the correction of said pathologies, pathologies detected, as well as their causes and proposed repair.
We prepare all kinds of energy certifications, for project or existing buildings, as well as for residential, commercial or public use.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We coordinate and manage all phases of the project from the first ideas of its conception to the moment of handing over the keys to the owner.
We deal directly with the client, ensuring the quality of the final details and that the contractors and companies involved in the project strictly comply with the stipulated deadlines. The final result is given by the high level of demand in the development of the tasks of planning, coordination and control of the work, encompassed in the Project Management division.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We develop an interior design project analyzing the possibilities of reform or expansion of your home, adapting to the aesthetics of the house, taking care of the lighting, the choice of materials, furniture, fabrics, colors, etc ... and the rest of the decorative elements that may form part of the new project. We give special importance to personalized advice and close treatment until we find the design that best suits the client's requirements, personality and aesthetics.
